Customer Support Agent (On-site – Porto)

Were hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service operation supporting telecom products and services. This role is for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

You'll assist customers across multiple channels with topics such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general account questions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.

What you'll do

  • Handle incoming customer calls and service requests

  • Welcome and guide customers with clarity and professionalism

  • Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs

  • Accurately document interactions using internal systems

  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain service quality

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level French

  • Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset

  • Comfortable with rotating schedules (Mon–Sat, 7:00–19:00)

Offer

  • Base salary: 930€ x14

  • Meal allowance: 9€/day
