Remote | Portugal – Relocation Support for EU-Citizens
Full-time | Monday–Friday (08:00–17:00)
Base Salary: €1,500 × 14 months + bonuses & allowances

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all interactions.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
- Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
What we're looking for
- Danish (C1) written and spoken
- English (B2) level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call-center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation Details
- Base Salary: €1,500 × 14 months (gross)
- Complexity Bonus: €80 × 11 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Position Bonus (Braga): €20 × 12 months
Welcome Bonus (Attendance-Based)
- Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
- Conditional on <6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
- Not part of fixed salary
