Customer Support Agent (On-site – Porto)
We're hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service operation supporting telecom products and services. This role is for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
Youll assist customers across multiple channels with topics such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general account questions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.

What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer calls and service requests

Requirements
- Native or C2 level French
- Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with rotating schedules (Mon–Sat, 7:00–19:00)
Offer
- Base salary: 930€ x14
- Meal allowance: 9€/day
