We are currently hiring a German / Dutch Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a fast-growing, multilingual client-facing team supporting projects for a leading global online platform. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping advertisers optimize their Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns and maximize performance across multiple digital channels.

You'll work in a modern, professional, and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and global stakeholders. Extensive onboarding and continuous training are provided to help you succeed and grow within an excellence-driven culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and optimize campaigns for high-value advertising customers

• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

• Analyze performance at account and campaign level

• Prepare reports to support optimization strategies

• Optimize across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube

• Identify growth opportunities and support sales conversations

• Deliver excellent customer service to Account Leads

Requirements 

• Native or fluent Dutch OR German + minimum B2 English

• At least 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience

• Digital marketing or client-facing experience (B2B preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
