Customer Support Advisor — Icelandic Speaker
Job Description:
Location: Barcelona, Spain (On-site)
Language: Icelandic (C2) + Advanced English
Contract: Temporary | Full-time (38.5h/week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday between 09:00–20:00
Holidays: 27 working days per year
We are looking for Icelandic-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a multilingual support team serving international travellers and accommodation partners in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
This role is for individuals who are empathetic, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping people resolve real-world problems through clear communication and structured processes.
Role Overview

Support customers and accommodation partners via phone and email

Clarify inquiries related to service, payments, and technical topics

Mediate between customers and suppliers to reach fair and timely solutions

Follow internal processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance

Deliver consistent, professional, and empathetic customer service
Requirements

C2-level Icelandic and advanced English

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with Office 365, CRM systems, and internal tools

Problem-solving, customer-focused, and solution-driven mindset

Interest in travel, accommodation, or online booking platforms

Experience in customer service or contact centre roles is an advantage
