About the Role
Were hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the European market for our client, an AI-powered platform transforming customer experience at scale. This role is ideal for a high-performing, consultative seller who thrives in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, understands enterprise buying dynamics, and can clearly articulate ROI through value-based selling.
You'll own an enterprise territory, manage a robust pipeline, and work closely with prospects to understand their challenges, demonstrate impact, and close complex deals. This is a strategic role combining outbound execution, discovery-led conversations, and strong product storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop an enterprise territory in Europe, with a focus on Central Europe
- Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Lead in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Educate prospects on how our client's AI platform improves efficiency and revenue growth
- Demonstrate measurable ROI through consultative and value-based selling
- Drive pipeline creation through strategic outbound programs
- Become a trusted expert on the product, customer experience practices, and the AI landscape
What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, including large enterprise deals
- Proven success owning full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding quotas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups
- Strong understanding of customer experience and AI-driven solutions
