Travel Consultant — Danish Speaker (Latvia | Remote / On-Site)

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team delivering high-quality assistance to travellers worldwide. This role is available remotely or on-site in Latvia and can be full-time or part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week).
Please note: part-time hires must be available full-time during the training period.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance in all interactions
• Handle time-sensitive and complex travel situations in a structured manner
• Follow defined processes and guidelines to ensure service quality and consistency
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 09:00–20:00

• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00–19:00

• Operation runs 365 days per year

• Bank holidays are paid double

Compensation

• €1,900 gross per month

• Up to €250 monthly performance bonus

Requirements

• Danish C1/C2 or native

• English B2 (written and verbal)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
