Were hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international support team in Porto. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (rotative shifts)

2 rotating days off per week

Night shift (22:00–07:00)

Covered occasionally during the month

Candidates must be comfortable with full 24/7 rotation

Language Requirements

German: C1/C2 or Native

English: C1 (written & spoken)
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 1,100€ × 14 months

Performance bonus: up to 400€ × 11 months

Shared apartment room for up to 12 months

280€ / month (utilities included)

Amount deducted directly from payslip
