We are hiring German-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers and digital marketing clients in a structured, service-driven environment. This role combines paid advertising knowledge with strong customer support and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with paid advertising campaigns and related inquiries
- Asist with campaign setup, performance questions, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on social media platforms and digital advertising tools
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Follow defined processes while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign or technical issues
Requirements
- Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
- Base salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
- Complexity bonus: €60 × 11 months
Working Hours & Shifts
Initial phase (12-hour coverage):
- Monday–Sunday | 07:00–19:00
- Two shifts:
- 07:00–16:00
- 10:00–19:00
Later phase (to be confirmed by the client):
- 24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday
- Rotative shifts
- 2 rotative days off
