We are hiring German-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers and digital marketing clients in a structured, service-driven environment. This role combines paid advertising knowledge with strong customer support and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Support clients with paid advertising campaigns and related inquiries
    • Asist with campaign setup, performance questions, and basic troubleshooting
    • Provide guidance on social media platforms and digital advertising tools
    • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
    • Follow defined processes while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign or technical issues

    Requirements

    • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
    • Degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
    • Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
    • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Compensation

    • Base salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
    • Complexity bonus: €60 × 11 months

    Working Hours & Shifts

    Initial phase (12-hour coverage):

    • Monday–Sunday | 07:00–19:00
    • Two shifts:

      • 07:00–16:00
      • 10:00–19:00

    Later phase (to be confirmed by the client):

    • 24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday
    • Rotative shifts
    • 2 rotative days off
