We’re looking for an Ad Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth across digital advertising platforms. This role combines Business Development, full-cycle Sales, and early-stage Account Management, with direct impact on client success and commercial performance.


🎯 Role Purpose

You will identify high-potential advertisers, lead outbound sales efforts, close new business, and manage clients through their first onboarding phase. The role sits at the intersection of prospecting, consultative selling, and revenue ownership.


💼 Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting
• Build, enrich, and prioritize outbound target lists
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns (calls, email, social, networking)
• Conduct discovery and qualification with decision-makers
• Generate leads via market research and industry engagement

Sales & Deal Ownership
• Run consultative sales conversations aligned with client goals and budgets
• Create tailored pitches, proposals, and advertising solutions
• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
• Negotiate and close deals while exceeding revenue and activity KPIs
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Initial Account Management (First 90 Days)
• Act as primary client contact post-close
• Monitor early campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Ensure strong onboarding, early success, and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics)


✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years in sales roles covering BD/SDR + AE/AM responsibilities
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly organized, autonomous, and pipeline-driven
• Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments


🌐 Language Requirements

German OR Norwegian OR Swedish — C1/C2
English — Advanced (B2+)
(At least one Nordic/German language required)
